Kristie's real estate career began at the top. Her first local transaction exceeded $6 million, and by 2023 she had represented the buyer on the year's highest sale in Sonoma Valley. She has since gone on to top that milestone: on August 25, 2026, she represented the sale of The Summit, a Sonoma property that closed for $38.5 million, the highest sale ever recorded in Sonoma County. Today, she is known for her work in high-value, often confidential transactions, including off-market sales where privacy, strategy, and precision are paramount. An active real estate investor herself, Kristie acquires multifamily properties both locally and out of state, giving her clients the perspective of a principal, not just an advisor.
