Kristie Eddy has Sonoma Valley real estate in her blood; she was raised on a country property in Kenwood, where her family still resides. Her first deal in real estate locally was over $6M and she hasn’t looked back. She represented the Buyer on the highest recorded sale in Sonoma Valley in 2023. As an avid real estate investor herself, she purchases multiplex properties, both locally and out of state.
Kristie’s career before real estate amply prepared her for sophisticated transactions and the community of Buyers and Sellers that she serves. After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with Industrial Engineering Honors, Kristie worked as a consultant. She quickly realized her technical background and natural acumen for sales would suit her in Medical Device Sales and joined Stryker Spine. Underscored by a fiercely competitive internal drive, Kristie shot to the top winning Rookie of the Year amongst thousands of Spine Reps across the country. Leveraging both her experience in developing a personal rental portfolio and her innate sales expertise, she launched her career in luxury real estate in her hometown.
Kristie, and her husband, John, reside in Sonoma and are the parents of twin, 7-year-old girls. Kristie is dedicated to her community, her family, and her clients with an unmatched work ethic and drive to succeed. Kristie’s community involvement makes her prominent in her focus area of Sonoma Valley.
